Nicholas started Ignite with a passion and mission near to his heart, seeking to give back to a cause that helped him many years ago. After earning a degree and launching a career through Vocational Rehab, he co-launched Ignite to provide that same level of life-changing mentorship.

With over 10 years of experience as a caretaker and mentor, Nick is dedicated to being a true partner to our clients, helping them find employment they can be proud of.

Brittany is passionate about helping others find their life purpose. With an extensive background in vocational rehabilitation and health, she works intuitively to ensure every client has a voice and the tools they need to live life to the fullest.

Emily is a compassionate professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. Holding a degree from BYU, she has served as a Job Coach, Behavior Aide, and advocate. Her personal journey navigating Vocational Rehab for her own son gives her a unique, heartfelt understanding of the challenges families face.

Originally from Nevada, Alyssa brings four years of healthcare experience from Primary Children’s Hospital to our team. She is currently pursuing her education as an X-ray technologist and is passionate about using mentorship to help clients identify strengths and navigate career opportunities.

Shiloam Chapman

Shiloam Chapman

Employment Specialist

Shiloam Chapman is a dedicated Job Coach and Life Skills Specialist with nearly a decade of experience supporting students with disabilities within the education system. She holds degrees from Utah Valley University and Salt Lake Community College and is a certified Job Coach through Utah State University.

Currently pursuing a Special Education Certificate with plans for a Master’s degree, Shiloam is passionate about empowering individuals through skill development and meaningful employment, while helping the community recognize their valuable contributions.
